This is not the predicating formalities
To know one self  means, knowing your Nature, talents their              
                                           quantities and qualities,
This is just a calculation being with the help of intuition 
For this, one has to be with Nature in tuition;
Also studying the psychological  features and their properties
Of course being so free, frank and at full liberties - 
So as to tell everything and anything about a person
Which is to make them understand themselves so clear, with 
                                                         good reason !

As to uplift you

To make and feel yourself as new;

Now you are being as the ignorant calf -

To take care of your-self is my responsibility

My duty is being based on sheer simplicity !
